Terms of Service

1. Services

Popcorn Free provides professional popcorn ceiling removal, stucco ceiling repair, stipple ceiling removal, and related ceiling services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada.

2. Free Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all ceiling removal projects. Estimates are based on visual inspection and may be adjusted if hidden conditions (such as asbestos or structural issues) are discovered during the project.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Projects are scheduled based on mutual agreement. We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Popcorn Free reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, e-Transfer, credit card, and cheque. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

5. Warranty

Popcorn Free stands behind our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all ceiling removal and repair services. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your project agreement.

6. Asbestos

Homes built before 1990 may contain asbestos in popcorn ceiling materials. If asbestos is suspected, we recommend professional testing before removal. Popcorn Free follows all Ontario regulations regarding asbestos handling and disposal.

7. Liability

Popcorn Free is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and WSIB coverage for all workers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
